Kegs need to be stored in a fridge to make sure when poured, they're as crispy and delicious as intended. Keep them in a cool, dark place and make sure you always check the keg collar for expiration information.

Yes, we can deliver your keg within the Queenstown-Lakes area, or you can collect it directly from us at 14 Hylton Place, Queenstown Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm. Delivery/collection will need to be arranged when ordering the keg.

You will be required to return the keg to 14 Hylton Place, Queenstown within 7 days. Penalties may apply for late returns. We may be able to arrange delivery, but this will need to be arranged prior and is not guaranteed.

Yes, a $50 cash deposit will be taken at the time of collection. This will be refunded upon return.

A general troubleshooting guide will be provided upon collection of the keg. Please note that our team will not be available to provide troubleshooting assistance on the day of your event. It is the hirer’s responsibility to ensure they are familiar with the setup and operation of the equipment prior to use.
