Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please email us at mikaela@canyonbrewing.co.nz with the following information:
- “Incomplete/damaged order” in subject line
- Order number/invoice
- Details of which items are missing/damaged/incorrect
- Photo of order
We will be able to rectify the situation as soon as we have all of the above.
If we have agreed on a return and/or refund via email, you can send the products to us within 14 days of receipt, in its original condition and packaging, and we will refund you the value less the original delivery costs. The delivery address will be given upon acceptance of the return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or change of mind purchases.
