Two Shores IPA: Canyon x Aether
Share
Meet our newest player: Two Shores IPA.
Two minds are better than one. We teamed up with our mates across the ditch at Aether Brewing to produce a bright IPA where the hops do all the talking.

The Specifics:
We threw four hops from both sides of the Tasman into one tank. Nelson Sauvin and Motueka from Garston Hop Farms go head-to-head with HPA's Vic Secret and HPA4029 to produce this, and it's a draw.
Lemon and lime hit the nose first, then ripe mandarin. A subtle hint of gooseberry hangs back. It's the last subtle thing about this beer.
The flavours? Expect big Sauvignon Blanc, gooseberry and fresh pine up front. It doesn't ease you in. A pale malt base sits underneath and does the quiet work while the hops take all the credit. The finish is clean and zesty, and it's gone before you've decided what you think. Then you'll want another.
6.4%. Bright, zesty and hard to put down.
How to Drink It
Some afternoons just call for something cold and bright.
Two Shores pairs well with food that has some heat or crunch - fried chicken, fish tacos. The zest resets your mouth between bites, so every one lands like the first. Or feel free to skip the food entirely, a cold glass and a free hour is all this beer asks for.
