This promotion is run by Canyon Brewing Limited, 1 Arthurs Point Road, Queenstown, New Zealand (“Canyon Brewing”).

Eligibility

Artwork submissions are open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over.

By submitting artwork, participants confirm they are legally permitted to purchase and consume alcohol in New Zealand.

Submission Period

Submissions are accepted on an ongoing basis. Canyon Brewing may close submissions or select artwork at any time.

How to Submit

Participants must upload their artwork using the official Doodle submission form, including their name and contact details.

Artwork Use

By submitting artwork, participants grant Canyon Brewing a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display the artwork on packaging, marketing materials, merchandise, digital channels, and future Doodle releases.

Canyon Brewing may edit or adapt artwork for print requirements.

Where possible, the artist will be credited.

Selection

Artwork selection is at the sole discretion of Canyon Brewing.

Submissions are chosen based on creativity, suitability for print, and fit with the Doodle brand.

Submission does not guarantee use.

Reward

Selected artists may receive merchandise, or acknowledgment at Canyon Brewing’s discretion.

Rewards are not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash.

Privacy

Personal information is collected for the purpose of administering submissions and may be used to contact entrants.

Details will not be shared with third parties except where required to fulfil the promotion or by law.

Entrants can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

Intellectual Property

Participants confirm their artwork is original and does not infringe on third-party rights.

Any submission found to breach copyright or contain inappropriate content may be removed.

Liability

Canyon Brewing is not responsible for technical issues, lost submissions, or any loss or damage connected to participation.

Amendments

Canyon Brewing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end the submission programme at any time.
