Enough about us, here’s a bit about your new role.Â
Your day will involve:Â
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and running like clockwork by washing dishes, equipment, and maintaining all work areas. Â
- Helping the chefs with basic food prep, unpacking deliveries, and rotating stock so everything is fresh and ready for service. Â
- Staying on top of food safety, hygiene, rubbish, and recycling to keep the kitchen safe and compliant. Â
- Jumping in wherever you're needed during busy services and backing the team to keep things moving.Â
You will bring:Â
- A great work ethic and pride in keeping things clean, organised, and running smoothly. Â
- The ability to work at pace, follow instructions, and stay calm when the kitchen gets busy. Â
- Physical fitness and a willingness to be on your feet, lifting and moving throughout the shift. Â
- A positive attitude, a team-first mindset, and a willingness to learn. Previous kitchen experience is a bonus but not essential.Â
