Enough about us. Here’s a bit about your new role. 

As our Marketing Associate, you’ll be the engine behind how our brands show up online. You’ll own social media end-to-end across all of our brands - planning, writing, scheduling, community management, the lot. You’ll run EDM campaigns, manage paid advertising across Google and Meta, coordinate content shoots, and keep a close eye on what’s working and what isn’t. 

Your day will involve: 

  • Running social media end-to-end across all brands - content planning, captions, scheduling, and community management including reviews 
  • Building and sending EDMs across all brands, managing databases, and using performance data to keep improving open rates and click-throughs 
  • Running paid ads across Google and Meta, keeping a close eye on budgets, performance, and what’s worth doubling down on 
  • Planning and coordinating content shoots with our content and design team, and managing new product rollouts across digital channels 
  • Writing blogs, managing SEO, and keeping online listings accurate and up to date across all brands 
  • Digging into the results, spotting trends, and feeding insights back into the next campaign 
  • Keeping our online store ticking - from product listings and stock management to supporting eCommerce growth and making sure the customer experience is smooth end-to-end 

You will bring: 

  • Hands-on experience across digital marketing, social media, EDMs, or eCommerce. You’re comfortable running campaigns end-to-end, not just watching them 
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to switch tone across multiple brands without losing the thread 
  • A solid understanding of paid ads and marketing platforms, with the ability to read performance and make practical optimisations 
  • Strong organisation and coordination skills - you can juggle multiple brands, campaigns, and moving parts without dropping the ball 
  • A data-driven mindset - you know how to read results and turn them into clear next steps 
  • A proactive, switched-on attitude - curious, detail-focused, and keen to get involved across all parts of marketing 
  • Experience with photography or videography, whether professional or self-taught, would be a real bonus.
