Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Canyon Brewing Ltd, trading as Canyon Brewing and Canyon Restaurant, Arthur’s Point, Queenstown, New Zealand.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion opens on Friday 13 February and closes at 3pm on Monday 23 February 2026. Winner Drawn at 6pm Monday 23 February via social media. Entries received after this time will not be included in the draw.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over only. Proof of age may be required prior to prize fulfilment.

Employees of Canyon Brewing Ltd and The New Zealand Open and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

This promotion is conducted in accordance with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must purchase a limited edition Vacation x New Zealand Open bundle during the promotion period.

Each bundle purchased equals one entry. There is no limit on the number of entries per person.

IN-VENUE ENTRY:

1. Write your full name and email address on the purchase receipt.

2. Place the receipt in the official entry box provided in-venue.

ONLINE ENTRY:

1. Purchase the bundle via the official Canyon Brewing website during the promotion period.

2. Each qualifying bundle purchase will automatically receive one entry into the draw.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

One double pass (2 x tickets) to The Landing premium hospitality experience at the New Zealand Open 2026. Valued at $700 NZD.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Canyon Brewing reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal value.

All additional costs associated with attending the event, including travel, accommodation or personal expenses, are the responsibility of the winner.

6. Alcohol Compliance

The promotion is not open to persons under the age of 18 years.

The prize relates to an event where alcohol may be available; responsible service of alcohol policies will apply at all times.

The prize does not include unlimited alcohol and does not guarantee the provision of alcohol.

Canyon Brewing encourages the responsible consumption of alcohol.

7. Draw Details

The winner will be drawn at random on Monday 23 February 2026 at 6pm via Canyon Brewing's Instagram - @canyonbrewingqt.

The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 2 working days of the draw.

If the winner cannot be contacted within 5 working days, or is found to be ineligible, Canyon Brewing reserves the right to redraw the prize.

The winner will be conteacted via email.

8. General Conditions

By entering this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Canyon Brewing reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.

Canyon Brewing reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Canyon Brewing’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be used for the purpose of administering the promotion and contacting the winner. Entrants may also be added to Canyon Brewing’s marketing database unless they opt out. Information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Canyon Brewing Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with this promotion or prize.
