Duck Duck Gose - Grapefuit and Tequila Barrel Aged Gose

Duck, duck, duck, duck, duck... you're it. We took our salty, tart gose and locked it away in tequila-soaked European oak for four months, letting it soak up some briny, earthy attitude. What comes out the other end is puckering and playful in equal measure: sea salt minerality, zingy bright grapefruit, and just enough barrel character to keep you guessing who's the goose.
